Sunday, September 9

  

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Golf, Putting Challenge, and Cookout - The Rail Golf Course

Come out to the Rail Golf Course to enjoy an 18 hole round of golf.  The golf outing is a shotgun start, beginning at 8:00, with registration beginning at 7:30.  Golf not your thing?  Come out to the Rail golf course to enjoy a putting contest and a cookout.  The putting contest will start at 12:30 and the Cookout will start at 1:30. 

Separate registration fee for the golf is required.  No fee for putting challenge or cookout if attending Annual Conference or golfing.

The Conference Outing benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Illinois.  Charity sponsorships are available as specified below and can be found at: online sponsorship form:

           Keynote Address and Brunch - This year's Keynote Address will be delivered by Illinois Treasurer Alexi

Giannoulias during the Conference Brunch. Treasurer Giannoulias will discuss the public finance challenges and opportunities in Illinois, particularly as they impact local governments.

VENDOR SHOWCASE - Vendor Booth Registration is closed exhibit booth spaces are filled.

The IGFOA Annual Conference includes a Vendor Showcase featuring firms exhibiting products and services for government finance operations. The 2007 Vendor Showcase will be the site of the Monday morning breakfast buffet, breaks, and Vendor Showcase Reception.

Exhibit Booths are on a first in/first paid basis. Payment in full by check or credit card must be received within one week of submitting an application to reserve an Exhibit Booth.  Limited space available.

Exhibit Booth Fee:
$450- IGFOA member rate
$900- Non-member rate

   

Vendor Booth Registration is closed exhibit booth spaces are filled.

  

A Booth # will be given at the registration desk on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007.  Please include your firm name instead of booth # on all correspondence to the IGFOA and Excel Decorators.

Each booth will include the following:
• 10' X 8' draped booth
• Single 6-foot draped table and two chairs
• Single one-lined identification sign
• Listing in the conference program
• Opportunity to interact with IGFOA members

Electricity, telephone, Internet, audiovisual equipment can be made available for an additional charge. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional charges for equipment or service needs. Each exhibitor will receive a detailed price list with confirmation of their exhibit space.

NOTE: In addition to the booth fee, each individual that will be working at your booth regardless of how many hours the individual will be working must register and pay the individual registration fee for the conference. Name badges and conference admission will only be made to paid registrants. Please note that the registration fee cannot be prorated. Like all conference registrants, exhibitors are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements. Use the IGFOA 2007 Annual Conference walkin registration form to register each individual.
