Learn how the City of Evanston involved the community, in workshops and on-line, in suggesting service improvements and non-tax revenue sources along with providing input on service priorities. Explore the opportunities for smaller communities to engage citizens and build a better understanding of the challenges facing local governments. Training program at 11 am followed by Chicago Metro Chapter networking lunch at Noon.
