Intended Audience:  Finance officers and staff of local government park districts, municipalities, and other special districts

  

Descriptions:  All the collar counties are subject to PTELL which is limited to 0.1% for the 2009 Tax Year.  What trends do the assessors see for the years following 2009?  How do devaluations in the housing market affect EAV?  Do foreclosures affect the EAV?  Please bring any other questions about EAV and the Tax Levy process to this meeting.
