Registration

Registration for the IGFOA Annual Conference, Sunday, September 17 through Tuesday, September 19, 2017,  includes admittance to Conference Educational Sessions and Activities, except the Golf Outing. Included are the Educational Sessions, Sunday Vendor Showcase Reception, Monday Buffet Breakfast and Keynote Address, Monday Luncheon and Annual Business Meeting,  Monday Vendor Showcase Closing Reception, Monday Evening Social Event at the Peoria Riverfront Museum, and Tuesday Breakfast Buffet and Legislative Update.  
Nametags are required for admittance to all conference sessions, meals, and activities.  All conference attendees and exhibitors must register for the conference.

2017 Conference Fees and Registration Options

Conference Registration 

Rates are per individual registrant. To receive the member rate option, sign-in with your Username and Password.  Registration is accepted on a space availability basis.   Individuals must pay the full conference fee even if they are only attending part of the Conference.  A name badge is required for admittance to all sessions, exhibits, and events.

*IGFOA Members are those individuals specifically listed in the IGFOA Membership Directory with a "Member Type" of Public Sector, Sustaining Partner, Associate Partner, and Individual Firm and a "Member Status" of Active.

**IGFOA Government Staff Member rate applies to staff, appointed officials, and elected officials of a government with a current IGFOA membership. 

***IGFOA Public Sector Retiree rate applies to an individual listed as a Public Sector Retiree in the IGFOA Membership directory and not working more than 500 hours per year in a government finance capacity or as a vendor or contractor servicing government.  For IGFOA Public Sector Retiree fees, click hereTo register for the conference at the Public Sector Retiree Rate, please use the online registration form and select " 2017 Annual Conference Registration".

IGFOA reserves the right to apply the non-member fee to any individual that has not paid dues for the current year.  If you have questions about your membership, contact IGFOA at 630-942-6587.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registrations are accepted on a first-in, first registered basis. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations up to August 15, 2017. Cancellations after August 15, 2017 and no-shows are responsible for the full fee. IGFOA reserves the right to modify the agenda and/or speakers, cancel the conference due to low enrollment or close registration if full. If you are unable to attend, please contact IGFOA at info@igfoa.org or 630-942-6587. Please mail payment by check in advance.

This event complies with all Illinois Gift Ban Act restrictions as registration fee/payment is fair market value. IGFOA does not accept third party registration or payments for any event and any registrations and or payments made for an individual outside of your government or firm will be returned.
