BUDGET MANAGER
Main Campus | Palos Hills

Under the general supervision of the Controller, the Budget Manager develops and manages the College's annual budget and long-range financial plan under the leadership of the Vice President of Financial and Business Services and the Controller in accordance with the principles and procedures of public finance, budgeting and budget control. Responsibilities also include ongoing financial risk analysis, financial projections, preparation of monthly financial reports and budget variance analysis, preparation and filing of various reports to the Board of Trustees, ICCB and Cook County, assistance with special projects and management of the college budget within the Colleague financial system.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with three to five years of experience in budgeting with an emphasis on fund accounting, financial projections and budget development. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including creation and use of pivot tables and other advanced functions are necessary. Governmental accountant with a CPA preferred Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:15pm; Salary: $66,015.
