Resource Compliance Specialist (Full-TIme)

 The Resource Compliance Specialist promotes and supports population health in Kane County by providing technical assistance to a diverse team of public health professionals. This position evaluates the need and allocation of funds with a focus on the budget realities to maximize the use of available resources. This position assist in the annual implementation of program resource distribution and alignment for operational and contract compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of budgetary adjustments to the program and grant budgets in compliance with the approved agreements to achieve the department’s annual goals.

 Requirements: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible full-time business experience. National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS) 100 & 700 certifications within three (3) months of employment. National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS) 300 and 400 certifications within six (6) months of employment.
