 of leadership in public service.  Participants will examine the values and
  principles important to sustained ethical leadership as well as strategie
 s to build strong workplace and organizational climates and cultures that 
 support ethical practices.  Through discussion and case studies\, particip
 ants will explore practical ethical reasoning skills and strategies for de
 aling with frequently encountered issues\, as well as approaches for antic
