DESCRIPTION:This seminar will provide participants with an advanced knowled
 ge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the governmental 
 accounting environment and how to apply those standards to all types of un
 its of government in Illinois.  Emphasis will be placed on understanding b
