 speaker\, Peter Burchard\, will present Occupy Now.  The workplace depends

 uce great outcomes. We see continuous calls for more training\, technical 
 skill development and greater focus on applied learning in higher educatio
 n programs.  In this brief yet thoughtful and moving presentation\, Peter 
 Burchard asks\; “What about who we are today\, how we treat each other tod
 ay and the exercise of free will today?” In this one-of-a-kind presentatio
 n\, participants will see how “Who and how I am” always exceeds the value 
 of “What I know.” Participants will come away with a better understanding 
 of the underlying personal behaviors that create career and workplace succ
 ess.      \nMr. Burchard has over 30 years of executive experience in loca
 l government\, healthcare and consulting.  He is a speaker\, trainer\, coa
 ch\, writer and faculty member at NIU.\nI want to encourage all IGFOA memb
