DESCRIPTION:GASB 72 was issued in February of 2015 and addresses accounting
  and financial reporting related to fair value measurements.  GASB’s inten
 t is to enhance the comparability of financial statements among government
 s by requiring measurement of certain assets and liabilities at fair value
  using a consistent and more detailed definition of fair value and accepte
 d valuation techniques. This standard expands fair value disclosures to pr
 ovide comprehensive information for financial statement users about the im
 pact of fair value measurements on a government’s financial position. The
