 e the legal issues that arise in employee use of social media. She will di
 scuss employer monitoring of employee social media use and restrictions on
  employee use of social media. Julie will also discuss the type of social 
 media activities that can subject an employee to discipline and even termi
 nation through real-life examples of social media conduct both on and off
