 other municipal utility billing personnel for a seminar and peer discussio
 n on utility billing processes including understanding common customer wat
 er meter questions and concerns and appropriate responses to those questio

 l be encouraged to share their own experience with regional groups as spec
 ific topics are discussed. This seminar is an excellent opportunity to net
