DESCRIPTION:The Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) has issued a
  number of pronouncements impacting all units of government in Illinois.  
 This webinar will build on the GAAP update session held in September 2017 
 at the IGFOA conference in Peoria.  The webinar will have a detailed discu
 ssion of each pronouncement and provide hands on experience using case stu
 dies on how the pronouncements will impact governments in Illinois.  In ad
 dition\, this webinar will update participants on GASB's project agenda an
