The Village of Pingree Grove is accepting applications for a full-time Accountant. This position will be responsible for the processing of Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Account Reconciliations, UB Collection letters and other special projects as needed. The applicant must have experience in these areas, be able to work independently and be detail oriented. An Associates Degree in Accounting is required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Efficiency in Microsoft Office products is required. Experience with governmental accounting is a plus. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening test. Position pay range is $50,000 to $65,000. Starting rate will depend on qualifications.
