IDOR Releases Letter on Future CPPRT Recoupments

The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) issued a letter officially notifying taxing districts that IDOR will no longer seek to recoup overpaid Corporate Personal Property Replacement Tax (CPPRT) revenue from future CPPRT distributions.
