Membership System Upgrade & Temporary Service Freeze

We’re upgrading IGFOA’s membership system to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.
As part of this transition, membership account functions will be temporarily unavailable from September 17 through October 5, 2026. These updates are designed to create a more user-friendly experience and make it easier to access the resources, tools, and information that support your business. Our goal is to improve navigation, streamline access to member benefits, and provide a more efficient platform for managing your membership and engaging with IGFOA programs and events.
During this period, you will not be able to:

Make membership payments or renewals

Update or edit your profile information
-
Change your membership level or status
-
Access transaction history or receipts
-
Register for events, except those listed below
Annual Conference registration will remain available. This temporary freeze will not affect registration for the IGFOA 2026 Annual Conference, taking place Monday, September 28 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026. If you have yet to register, please do so today.
