Insurer files suit to make Illinois municipalities liable for flood damage costs

The Chicago Tribune reported that Farmers Insurance filed suit against over 200 Illinois municipalities to reimburse Farmers for claims it paid out for flooding in spring 2013.  Read the article . . .
