Event Description
Join Stephen Adams and Andrew Kim of PMA Securities, LLC for an interactive workshop reviewing the levy process for non-home rule municipalities. We will provide a levy worksheet in advance of the roundtable that participants can use for their own levies and we will save time for two breakout sessions to answer questions and provide assistance to complete the spreadsheet. While participants do not need to complete the worksheet in advance of the roundtable, it may be helpful to have the following on hand for the discussion: (i) Prior Year’s Extensions, (ii) Current Year’s Bond & Interest levy (iii) estimated 2023 EAV (if available from the county), and (iv) estimated 2023 New Property (if available from the county).
