Characteristics of an admired leader - The positive impact of encouragement and motivation on a team
To break through cultural differences and communication barriers, it is key to develop the necessary leadership qualities that bring people together. Continually educating yourself on the challenges you face, encouraging the team, and motivating them to a common goal will allow you to be effective, and have fun while doing it.
Guest Speaker is Jason Schoenleber. Mr. Schoenleber is a Relationship Manager for Forecast5 Analytics, a startup software company based in Naperville, IL. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Join Fellow Young Professionals for a networking luncheon. The goal of the Young Professionals Group is to connect emerging government leaders with opportunities for growth through networking and professional development.
There is no fee to attend. Registration is appreciated but not required. Walk-ins are welcomed.
