Event Description
A brief overview of the rating process will be presented. Points of emphasis of each of the main rating agencies will be discussed. Detailed discussion of the Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s scorecards will follow, exploring the significance of the different rating factors.

Registrations are accepted on a first-in, first registered basis. Payments by check should be mailed in advance or made at time of registration by credit card. Payments will not be accepted the day of the event.
IGFOA Members are those Public Sector, Partners, and Firm individuals specifically listed in the IGFOA Membership Application or Renewal. IGFOA Government non-member rate applies to staff, appointed officials, and elected officials of a government with a current IGFOA membership. Cancellations after April 21, 2017 and no-shows are responsible for the full tuition.
