Turn Soft Skills into Assets of Persuasion!
Most people do not have mastery over their nonverbal communication since “soft skills” are rarely taught in school. Alison Henderson, CEO of Moving Image Consulting, has made it her mission to increase communication levels through understanding the nonverbal signals we send and receive every day. Come away with more confidence and tools for commanding every conference room. Develop ultimate persuasion and effective communication. Harness the power which comes from the 75% of communication which is nonverbal!

Learning Objectives: Participants completing this sesson will
1. Learn how to use body language to increase personal confidence and the ability to stand strong in the face of adversity or power plays.
2. Learn how to match verbal and nonverbal communication for the greatest impact on others.
3. Learn to recognize little known signs of discomfort or deceit which sabotage your communication.
4. Generational differences in body language signals which create misunderstanding.
