IAMMA / IGFOA Half-Day AM Training "Reimagining Leadership"
Reimagining Leadership: Taking control of uncertainty and successfully steering through frequent bends in the road is the fundamental leadership challenge of our time. As catalysts for continuous improvement, leaders must realize that to build organizations which are simultaneously purpose-driven, performance-focused, and principles-led is mission-critical. New circumstances require fresh solutions, and in this session, participants will learn the roots and anchors of creating a healthy workplace culture, proven approaches to attracting and developing “rock stars,” differences between goalkeepers and gatekeepers, the benefits of a self-awareness x-ray, how best to close the imagination gap and to succeed by choice, not by chance.
