Director of Fiscal Services | Kishwaukee College

Job Summary: The Director of Fiscal Services reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position assists in providing support and managing the Business Office. This position supervises cashiers, accounts payable, purchasing and payroll. This position will be a key resource person for overseeing the daily activities in the office while working with the CFO

· Self-initiative and ability to work independently.

· Ability to cooperatively work with diverse groups of students and staff.

· Understanding of basic administrative processes and procedures.

· Understanding of Microsoft Office Productivity Suite.

· Understanding of basic computer operations and office equipment.

· Demonstrates efficient keyboard and data entry accuracy and speed.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Business Field

· 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with previous supervisory experience desired

Physical Demands: 

· Work is normally performed in a general office setting

· Work is conducted in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions

· This position requires physical activity and movement
