Controller | CM Services, Inc.

The Controller is responsible for the management of the financial operations of several CM Services association partners and production of their regular and accurate financial statements. 

Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Produces financial statements for each assigned association partner per agreed upon schedule. 
2. Works with association partner Executive Directors and provides necessary data to assure budget development process for each association partner is successful.
3. Operates within CM Services established procedures.
4. Implements changes to internal reports when necessary.
5. Provides assistance to CFO and other accounting staff when necessary.
6. Provides input to improve controls on CM Services financial related procedures as necessary. 
7. Maintains controls on all accounting functions.

Description of Skills and Qualifications Appropriate for Position:

1. Four year college degree in accounting or finance required.
2. Minimum 3 years progressive work in the accounting field.
3. Experience with Great Plains accounting software preferred.
4. Honest, Trustworthy and Dependable.
5. Attention to detail a must. 

Salary Range:  $60,000-$70,000
