Event Description
Join us for a basic discussion regarding the roles that your Municipal Advisor and your Bond Registrar, Paying Agent and Escrow Agent play in your bond financing from inception to closing date. Andrew Kim of PMA Securities will describe his role as a municipal advisor, as well as many of the other roles that may be included in a financing. He will also outline the process of a financing, highlighting all major steps required to issue your bonds.
And Christine Linde Miller of Amalgamated Bank of Chicago will fill you in on all the processes and acronyms used in the automated world of the Bond Registrar, Paying Agent and Escrow Agent. Attend to learn a little history of how our roles have evolved over the last 30 years.
