Event Description
Guest speaker, William McCarty, City of Springfield, Director - Office of Budget and Management and IGFOA Legislative Committee Co-Chair, will provide a a brief legislative update on topics of municipal interest and relative to pending legislation with the General Assembly.
If you have SPECIFIC legislative issues you wish Mr. McCarty to address, please send them toSandy Evans at sevans@ofallon.org, (618) 624-4500, ext. 8723 prior to the luncheon.
This is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Treasurers and Finance Officers in Southern Illinois, to discuss current issues & topics of concern, and participate in educational lunch & learn events.
Attendees are asked to submit specific legislative issues they wish to discuss to .
Agenda: 11:45am- Check-In and Networking
12:00pm- Lunch/Presentation
Cost: Attendees will order off the menu and pay for their own lunch.
