Property Valuation & Data Collection, Knowledge is Savings
This session will discuss where to start when performing a building and/or content valuation. Essential Items to be considered and that will be discussed are:
-Where you start and what items need to be considered when doing a valuation. Decide on things such as: do you need buildings, site improvements and equipment appraised;
-Review and evaluate the scope of service to ensure you are meeting your needs and requirements;
-How to put together a model for success;
-Discuss the benefits of a professional appraisal; and
-FAQ’s and fallacies that surround building appraisals.

Registrations are accepted on a first-in, first registered basis. Payments by check should be mailed in advance or made at time of registration by credit card.
IGFOA Members are those Public Sector and Partner or Associate individuals specifically listed in the IGFOA Membership Application or Renewal.
