Professional Education Committee
The Professional Education Committee (PEC) identifies, plans, and delivers high quality, relevant training on a variety of subject matter that meets the different training levels and needs within the Association. Particular focus is on timely training for new/modified mandates, regulations or professional standards. PEC continually evaluates delivery methods to ensure IGFOA stays current on technology for approaches and accessibility. PEC supports other IGFOA standing committees and task forces and collaborates with other professional organizations to provide training expertise. PEC is an integral part of planning the IGFOA annual conference educational program.
