The Village of Montgomery is seeking candidates for the position of Accounting Manager. This position is responsible for performing professional governmental accounting duties, including the detailed analysis, preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports, supervising the accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and utility billing functions, and assisting the Director of Finance with other related duties as assigned.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, with four (4) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible accounting and supervisory experience. Local government accounting experience is required. CPA license preferred.

The salary range for this position is $64,400 - $90,160. Starting salary is dependent on qualifications and includes an excellent benefits package.
